RollerQuote stores the information needed to help independent painters prepare, share and manage interior repaint quotes.

Information in RollerQuote

• Account details such as your name and sign-in email.
• Business details you enter, including your business name, contact information and uploaded logo.
• Your rooms, measurements, rates, quote lines, exclusions, customer details, quote status and saved rates.
• Billing status and payment records returned by the hosted checkout service.
• Product activity such as room-tool use, quote saves, sends, opens, accepts, upgrades and cancellations. A visit may include its referring site or campaign source.

How information is used

We use this information to provide sign-in, quote calculations, private quote storage, customer links, PDFs, email notifications, billing and the owner’s product-funnel report. A room draft you start before signing in is held in your browser so it can continue into signup.

Who can see quote information

Your private prices, costs, margins, saved quotes and business profile are scoped to your account. When you send a quote, the customer link shows the customer-facing scope and totals for that quote. It does not show internal costs or margin. Opening and accepting a shared quote records those events for the painter.

Service providers

RollerQuote relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, private file storage, email delivery and hosted payments. They receive information needed to provide those services. Payment card details are entered on the hosted payment page rather than in a RollerQuote quote form.

Access and requests

Keep your sign-in link and shared quote links private. To ask about your account information or request a correction or deletion, email support@rollerquote.com. Include the account email so the request can be matched to the right account.
