These terms describe the current RollerQuote service for owner-painters and small crews quoting interior repaints.
Your quotes and prices
You choose and confirm every room size, rate, coat count, preparation item, tax, exclusion, deposit and quote term. RollerQuote calculates from the values you enter; it does not verify measurements or set a market price. Check each quote before sending it. You are responsible for the work scope, customer details and terms you provide.
Customer links show the quote’s customer-facing scope and total. Do not put private costs or margin in customer-facing descriptions.
Plans
- Free: $0, unlimited quote drafts and up to 3 sent quotes per month.
- Pro: $29 per month for unlimited quotes, logo presentation without the RollerQuote footer, open and accept alerts, and saved rates.
- Founding Painter: $190 per year for the first 100 paying painters, with Pro features and a price locked for life while subscribed.
Pro costs $29 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled through Settings in two actions, with no calls. Paid checkout remains closed until Stripe approval and charges-enabled status are verified.
Payments, cancellation and first-payment refunds
When paid plans are available, payment is handled through the hosted checkout. Subscribers can manage or cancel in Billing Settings; cancellation confirmation depends on the payment service’s reported status.
The first payment has a 30-day money-back offer. Submit a first-payment refund request within 30 days in Billing Settings. The current app sends that request to RollerQuote for processing; it does not issue the refund automatically. The company owner processes eligible refunds through the payment dashboard.
Examples
Northline Painting Co., sample logos, sample quote details and example amounts on the site are illustrative. They are not customer endorsements, verified rates, a real job or proof of results. The “one extra $2,000 job” pricing sentence is conditional, not a promise of income.
Availability and changes
RollerQuote is provided as an online service and may change as features are improved. Keep your own records for work you quote and complete. If you need help with a quote or account, email support@rollerquote.com.
